Processing Steps

What steps are involved?

Submit RMV-2 Forms
TAM members complete the online form on this page. Upload the RMV-2 forms as PDFs or send them to us via the mail or any express service.
Invoice Emailed
Watch your email for an invoice from TAM that will cover the registration, processing and return postage. You’ll be able to pay online with your credit card. Payments are due in full prior to processing.
Registrations Processed
Once payment is received, your registrations will be processed quickly by our team.
Registrations Mailed to You
After processing, registrations and decals are sent directly to you via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. An email will be sent to you with USPS tracking information.

We will need a copy of the Massachusetts RMV-2 form for each vehicle to be renewed. The maximum number per batch is 25.

The most efficient way to provide the RMV-2 forms would be to scan them as a PDF document. You may submit individual files, or scan them into one mullti-page PDF.
You may also upload JPG images, but this will slow your upload processing time.

The International Registration Plan (IRP) eServices Portal provides approved individual users with direct access to an RMV portal that is designed specifically for the business needs of IRP participants and carriers. This portal allows users to directly process real-time transactions such as renewals, updating mileage, submitting payments, and FMCSA reinstatements.
