TAM members donate $1,000 to Heading Home charity

TAM will be making its third COVID-19 donation this week to a needy charity. Heading Home supports more than 1,200 clients as they move out of homelessness. Their work is very much front line as they do their best to keep a very vulnerable population safe.

Heading Home provides emergency shelter, transitional housing, permanent housing, and supportive services to homeless and formerly homeless families and individuals in Boston, Cambridge, Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Quincy, Revere and Somerville.

Currently, Heading Home has roughly 500 affordable housing units and about 900 people residing in these units. Across all programs, Heading Home provides direct services to more than 1,400 Greater Bostonian’s annually.

They have a very generous contributor that is matching donations dollar for dollar in May so our $1,000 donation turns into $2,000.

This month, your donation to their COVID-19 relief fund can also be matched dollar-for-dollar. Click here to make your donation online. Heading Home is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
