Professional drivers are frequently exposed to various potential conflicts while on the road, some of which can involve confrontational interactions with other drivers or pedestrians. Also—due largely to our current driver shortage and other industry changes—conflicts between drivers and management over scheduling, compensation, etc. issues are becoming increasingly more common.
During this interactive session, we will discuss conflict resolution and de-escalation skills that can benefit drivers and managers working through these situations.
